Privacy policy
A draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer.
Last updated 6 November 2026. This policy explains how Verisio handles your personal information, as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) requires. Verisio is being set up as its own company, and that company will be responsible for your information. Its registered name and address will appear here. Until then, email contact@verisio.ai about anything in this policy.
What we collect
- When you register: your email, your business name, and that you confirmed your business is registered in the Philippines, with the time.
- When you apply as a member of a government agency: your government email and the name of your office, so that a person can check them.
- When you run your CheckpointAI: your first name, your website, what you supply, where you deliver, the size of work you want, your experience, and whether procurement offices can find you. These stay in this browser until you sign in. Then we save them with your account.
- When you sign in or do something on the site: your network address, the exact time, your browser and device as your browser reports them, your approximate location and network, your language and the site you came from. We keep these for 12 months, to keep the service secure and to keep a record of what was done. We keep what you claim and follow in this browser.
During this preview we do not keep any registration number you type, and we do not ask for documents. We use no advertising or analytics tools. Our cookies only keep you signed in.
Why we use it
- To sign you in, and to keep your profile with your account.
- To match you to open deals and show the steps for each one.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse.
- To check who may use what, including approving or locking out an account.
- To keep a record of what was done on Verisio, and by whom.
- To meet our legal duties.
We rely on your consent, on providing the service you asked for, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
When you use the AI agent
To suggest what you supply, our server reads the public pages of your website, or of the address in your work email. It may send that text to Anthropic. Only the web address is used for this, never your email. You can change whatever it suggests.
If you ask Verisio Intelligence about a deal, Anthropic gets the notice, what you supply, where you deliver, the size of work you want and your experience. It does not get your business name, your name or your email.
Who handles it
We do not sell your information. These providers handle it for us, some outside the Philippines.
- Supabase: Holds our database, in Singapore, including your account and profile.
- Resend: Sends your sign-in emails, through its service in Japan. It gets your email address, the code and the link.
- Cloudflare: Runs this site and protects it. It sees your network address when you visit, and may handle it wherever its network is. It also checks your browser for automated abuse when you ask for a sign-in email.
- Anthropic: Provides the AI behind Verisio Intelligence, from the United States. It gets only what is listed under "When you use the AI agent".
- Google: Handles the messages you send to contact@verisio.ai.
What others can see
- Procurement offices cannot see profiles yet.
- When office search opens, they see only the profile you choose to show.
- You can hide your profile at any time and still get matched.
- No other business or agency sees what you look at or claim.
- Verisio staff see only what their role allows. A Verisio super admin can see everything, and can view the site as a user to help or to keep the service safe. Doing that needs a written reason, ends after 30 minutes and is recorded. Every look at your activity on an open deal is recorded too.
- Your documents are shared only when you say so.
- Your private information never trains shared AI models.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and profile until you close your account. We keep the details of your visits for 12 months. Our staff archive records rather than delete them, so an archived record can be restored.
You can close your account yourself. It stops working at once, and you have 30 days to change your mind by signing in again. After that we erase your name, email, profile and visit details, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
We keep a permanent record of actions taken on Verisio. It refers to you by an account number, so closing your account removes your name from it. Signing out clears your answers from this browser.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- be told how your information is used
- see the information we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- object to how it is used, and withdraw your consent
- have it blocked or deleted
- get a copy in a form you can use elsewhere
- be compensated for damage caused by misuse of it
- complain to the National Privacy Commission
To use these rights, email contact@verisio.ai or see our contact page.
Keeping it safe
Your information is encrypted on its way to us. There are no passwords to steal, because you sign in with an emailed code or a link that works only in the browser that asked for it. No system is perfectly safe. If a breach puts you at risk, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission, as the law requires.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date above. If a change matters, we tell you before it applies.
