Preview. Open deals are real government notices, for security and first-response buying only. Plans, past awards and suppliers are invented. Offices cannot see profiles yet.

Terms of use

A draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

Last updated 6 November 2026. These terms apply when you use verisio.ai.

The short version

You agree to these before seeing the full details of an opportunity.

  • What you see here is for your own business. Please do not resell it.
  • No payment or benefit goes to any official, and no fee buys access to anyone.
  • We check information against its source, but the notice itself always counts. The agency decides who wins.
  • What you look at and claim stays private to you.

Who we are

Verisio is a private service that helps businesses find and prepare for Philippine government opportunities. It is not a government website, and it is not part of PhilGEPS or any agency. Verisio is being set up as its own company. Its registered name and address will appear here. Reach us at contact@verisio.ai.

Who can register

  • You must be 18 or older, and allowed to act for your business.
  • Your business must be registered in the Philippines, with DTI, SEC or CDA. You confirm this when you register or run your CheckpointAI, and we may ask you to prove it.
  • What you tell us must be true. We may close an account that gives false details.
  • We may check your business, and approve, suspend or lock out an account. A person checks each member of a government agency, who needs a government email or one we have approved.
  • Your sign-in code and link are for you alone. Do not share them.

What Verisio does

  • Verisio Intelligence, our AI agent, hunts for government opportunities and matches them to your business. We show the steps for each one.
  • What it tells you is advice, and AI can be wrong. Check it against the notice before you act.
  • Each deal shows the date we last confirmed it was active. A notice can change or close at any time, and the notice itself always counts.
  • A CheckpointAI badge says only what it states, such as a complete profile. It is not a government approval, and it is not part of any bid evaluation.
  • Some parts of this site are samples, and say so. The marketplace is a preview, so no real order or quote goes through it.

What Verisio does not do

  • We do not post notices, receive bids, award contracts or pay anyone. By law, PhilGEPS is the single portal for government procurement. You submit yourself, the way the notice says.
  • The agency decides who wins. If you are awarded the work, the agency pays you.
  • We never hold, route or net your money.
  • We cannot promise that you will qualify, win or be paid.
  • Claiming a deal reserves nothing. Any eligible business can still submit.

Dealing fairly with government

  • No payment or benefit goes to any official through Verisio.
  • No fee buys access to anyone. We offer no contacts or introductions.
  • You must follow procurement and anti-graft law, including the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009) and the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act (RA 3019).
  • One person may not work for two suppliers on the same procurement.

Using the site

  • What you see here is for your own business. Do not resell it.
  • Do not copy the site in bulk to build another service.
  • Do not try to break its security, or pretend to be someone else.

Fees

Registering, running your CheckpointAI and seeing open deals are free. If we add a paid service, we show the price before you buy. A fee never changes your score, where you appear or what an agency sees about you.

Your information

You keep what you give us, and you let us use it to run Verisio. No other business or agency sees what you look at and claim. Verisio staff access is limited and recorded. Our privacy policy explains the rest.

Our responsibility

Verisio is a preview, offered as it is. We work to keep it right, but it can have mistakes and it can be unavailable. As far as Philippine law allows, we are not responsible for a lost bid, lost profit or a decision you make from what you see here. Nothing here takes away a right you have by law.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and close your account, which also erases your information after 30 days, as our privacy policy explains. We may suspend or lock out an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

When we change these terms, we update the date above. If a change matters, we ask you to agree again.

Law and contact

Philippine law applies to these terms, and the courts of the Philippines decide any dispute. Email us at contact@verisio.ai, or see our contact page.
